RepLog Privacy Policy

SwiftKraft provides RepLog, a workout logger for iPhone, and this website.

Your workout data

Workouts, exercise names, sets, notes, routines, and bodyweight entries are stored on your device. RepLog does not upload these records to a SwiftKraft server. Pro charts are calculated on your device. Device backups and transfers may include app data, depending on your Apple settings.

Product analytics

RepLog uses PostHog's EU service for high-level product usage events, such as app launches, feature usage, and changes to preferences. These events can include counts and technical context. Workout names, exercise names, notes, bodyweight, and detailed set values are not included. Session replay and automatic interaction capture are disabled. RepLog does not use advertising tracking or sell workout data. You can disable optional product analytics in Settings → Privacy. This preference is stored on your device and stops product analytics collection and delivery.

RepLog Pro purchases

Apple processes subscriptions, billing, payment details, refunds, and purchase authorization. RepLog uses Apple-verified purchase information to determine whether Pro is active. RepLog does not receive your payment card details or require a RepLog account. Apple maintains purchase history under its own privacy policy. You can restore purchases or manage subscriptions through the app and your App Store account. Ending Pro access does not delete or hide your workout history.

Website waitlist

If you join the waitlist, we store your email address in Neon to provide launch updates. Resend processes signup notifications. Cloudflare Turnstile checks submissions to reduce spam and may process technical information such as IP address and browser information. Vercel hosts the website and may process request logs to operate and protect it.

Retention and your choices

Your training records remain on your device until you delete them or remove the app; device backups may retain copies according to your backup settings. We retain waitlist information while it is needed for launch communications, unless you ask us to remove it. Contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you provided to SwiftKraft, or to stop waitlist communications. We cannot retrieve your locally stored workouts.

Service providers and international processing

Apple, PostHog, Neon, Resend, Cloudflare, and Vercel process information needed to provide their respective services. Information may be processed outside your country under those providers' applicable privacy terms and safeguards. We may also disclose information when required by law.

Children and changes to this policy

RepLog is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us. We may update this policy as the app and services change and will update the date above.
